Returned item/s must reach us within 14 days of return approval.  We will refund the purchase price for the item but will not assume responsibility for original or return shipping/insurance fees. If an inventory discrepancy prevents fulfillment, we will offer either a refund or a reasonable substitute for any missing pieces.
