To Load 20XXTE:
Make sure your system is powered off completely. Insert your v1.02 USA Melee disc (required for all features, see below for more info).
Remove all memory cards. Insert your 20XXTE memory card and power on the game.
Select "VS. Mode",  then select "Name Entry" (Ref: https://imgur.com/a/nc99Too).
If loaded correctly, you will be taken back to the title screen with "20XX Tournament Edition" written across the top of the screen.
Important Information:
-Version 1.02 NTSC (USA) Melee disc is required to use all features. (DOL-GALE-0-02 USA on back of disc - https://i.imgur.com/mc9fOsY.jpg)
-There is limited compatibility with v1.00 and v1.01 USA Melee discs. (http://www.20xx.me/guide.html)
-You cannot transfer other Melee save data to this card.
-20XXTE is a free mod available from http://www.20xx.me/
-I receive new memory cards without individual packing. I transfer 20XX data manually to each card before shipping out.
