3 saves leading up to see each different ending: the Normal, Possessed, and Revenge (UFO) endings
Each mid-game save is in Alessas's Hall, Heather is equipped with the Beam Sabre, Heather Beam & Sexy Beam attack, Unlimited Submachine Gun, and all of the best weapons, ammo and Items
Load up the System Data file for "Extra New Game" and "Extra Costumes"
All Costumes available including Transform, input the code for each one with the typewriter at the Extra Costumes menu option... you can find the codes online, for example: "PrincessHeart" for Transform, "GangsterGirl" for God of Thunder shirt, and dozens of others
All Weapons available, however, they must still be found in-game. The Unlimited Submachine Gun is found among some boxes in the alley just after escaping the bathroom window, following the intro. The Beam Sabre can be found a little later near a locked door. So for this game, it helps to know where to find them. All the hard work's been done by unlocking them, but you still need to acquire them!
Douglas in Boxers -- highlight "Extra New Game" and input the Konami code -- Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, O, X -- to see Douglas in his underwear during the game
Bullet Multiplier unlocked -- go to the Bullet Adjust in the options, which multiplies bullets from 2x to 5x damage
Silent Hill 4 (PS2)
100% Unlocked
Game defeated 10 times with 10-Star Rank
All Costumes and Weapons unlocked
All endings unlocked!
Load up the Brand New Fear save and at the Difficulty select, push Right (All-Weapon Mode) or Left (One-Weapon Mode) to begin a new game with Health drinks and Ammo in Room 302 at the start, and your weapon(s) of choice at the bottom of the escalator, including the Pistol and Chainsaw
Eileen's exclusive Submachine Gun is located in Room 102 in South Ashfield Heights
Two additional saves lead to each of the 4 endings
Silent Hill: Shattered Memories (PS2)
UFO Ending available, saved in the Lighthouse, just walk to the end of the hallway and through the double doors and watch
Shattered Memories is a little different because Konami decided to set each gamer "profile" to each particular memory card, restricting me from putting all 5 of the game endings onto a single memory card... so I included the rarest ending to obtain, the UFO version
Silent Hill: Origins (PS2)

save files on it. Remember, for PS1 games, you need a PS1 memory card also. So think of my PS2 memory card acting as a storage unit for your PS1 save files until you transfer them to your PS1 memory card.
These files will work for the

PS1 & PS2
only!
You can play them on a
PS3
if you have a PS2 Memory Card Adapter plugged into the USB slot on your PS3 console, then transfer the save files into your PS3 hard drive.
