Patriotic American Bald Eagle wood carving wallhanging, handcarved and painted by Casey Edwards in his antique/vintage style. This "Casey's Patriotics" flying eagle Heraldry tribute to our country measures 33" long, and 12" high, and is carved in the "round", meaning it is not a flat piece of wood......it has depth.  There is carved and painted detail throughout, where the eagle has olive leaves in it's right talons offering peace, and the in the other talons it is holding arrows showing we can defend ourselves. In the center is the coat of arms shield with thirteen stars and stripes representing our original thirteen colonies. In it's beak is a carved ribbon with the words, "God Bless America", which speaks strongly for itself. This piece is done in Casey's very own way of antiquing, giving it an aged patina....a true "Early Americana" look. It's the perfect time of the year to celebrate our freedoms.
